I visited the Flat for a weekend getaway and was extremely pleased with my experience. the communication from the staff was excellent, and I appreciated the extra touch of providing information for my dog. the cleanliness and comfort of the beds were top-notch, and the location was convenient for accessing amenities. However, what I liked the most was the all bathrooms comfort facilities with guest toiletries and bath sheets. I was thoroughly impressed with my stay and would definitely choose to stay here again if I am in Carlisle. Thank you to the team at the Flat for a wonderful experience.
